AFTER weeks of debate, tomorrow is supposed to be the day when the UK Parliament finally votes on Theresa May's Brexit deal.

With the Prime Minister facing a humiliating defeat, however, rumours are rife that the vote will now be delayed

Earlier today, John Lamont – MP for Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk –tweeted that he intends to vote against the PM's deal.

"I’m not a natural rebel," he wrote. "But I cannot support the Withdrawal Agreement. I have huge admiration for our Prime Minister. She’s been given an almost impossible task. But this Agreement threatens the integrity of the United Kingdom."

Regardless of if or when the so-called meaningful vote takes place, nine intend to back May's deal, two intend to vote against it, with the other two still undecided.
