A PUB described as one of Dundee’s “top 10” has been put up for sale.
The Ellenbank Bar, located on 128 Alexander Street in Dundee, has been run by the same tenant for more than 30 years.
Now, property firm Graham + Sibbald has confirmed the pub has been put on the market and that it offers a “fantastic opportunity for the right buyer”.
According to the website, The Ellenbank is a “charming traditional pub in the heart of Dundee” that comes with “an esteemed reputation".

“The pub offers an open plan ground level bar with a large traditional bar and a fully fitted commercial kitchen,” it said.
“The Ellenbank boasts a traditional pub with modern fixtures and fitting, making it attractive to a wide range of customers.”
Trade and business agent with Graham + Sibbald Martin Sutherland commented: “We are delighted to be marketing The Ellenbank.
“This pub is well presented benefiting from an already outstanding reputation and client base, the unit would suit either a hands-on operator or a landlord who can take the established business and develop it further.”
