ANOTHER Yes group is reconvening in preparation for the forthcoming second referendum on independence.
On Saturday the Yes Kirkintilloch Lenzie and the Villages group will hold their general meeting to reconvene the group. Yes East Dunbartonshire are also involved.
The meeting is at 12.30pm in the Park Centre, 45 Kerr Street, Kirkintilloch.
It is a busy few days for activists in Aberdeen in particular.
Tomorrow night in the Inn At The Park Hotel, 3-4 Deemount Terrace, Aberdeen, the Aberdeen Independence Movement will present Business for Scotland (BfS) founder and National columnist Gordon MacIntyre-Kemp.
In his talk ‘Act Now and Deliver Independence’ MacIntyre-Kemp will outline the plans for the new independence campaigning activity that BfS is launching and how the grass roots independence movement can get involved.
Expect him to speak about the Independence Ambassador training programme which BfS has launched and which is already proving successful.
The event starts at 7.30pm and tickets are available from Eventbrite in return for a donation.
Also in Aberdeen, the Aberdeen Independence Movement will present the SNP MP for Central Ayrshire, Dr Philippa Whitford, speaking on Brexit, health And independence. The event is on Saturday at 2pm in Queens Cross Church on Albyn Place.
